CASH DISCOUNT of 3% is available at LOCAL PICK UP. When you schedule (following receipt of your auction invoice email), Baileys Honor is notified to pre-sort and prep your items for shipping. If you wish to pick your items up you must schedule a time for pick up using the link to signupgenius (scheduling app) provided with your invoice following the auction. LOCAL PICK UP: Pick Up is available at specified pick up date(s) and times only. Bidders who bid from off site and do not attend the inspection understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to evaluate an item from photos as well as if they examined it in person. Payment must be made in full BEFORE items are removed from premises. Payment must be made by credit card on file that was used to register for the auction. Cash is always accepted, but buyer must let us know before the end of the auction if paying with cash. You will need to let us know in advance if you are planning on paying by check. NO CHECKS ACCEPTED UNLESS YOU ARE KNOWN BY US, and only from a local bank. Terms on Personal Property: 15% Buyer's Premium added to each successful bid. If you don't trust the system, THEN DON'T BID! This mimics a live auction, as once the bidding is exhausted and the last bid is received, then the time will tick down and the auction will end.
This allows you time to bid again if you so choose. Each time the auction goes under 5 minutes, it is eligible to extend. For example, if the property is scheduled to end at 2:00PM and someone bids at 1:59PM, the bidding is automatically extended for 5 minutes with a new end time of 2:04PM.
